Actress and model Rashida Roy embarked on a career as an entertainer while studying ballet in Fort Worth, Texas. Her love for dancing flourished and landed her at Texas Stadium as a World Famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. During Rashida's tenure as a cheerleader she graced the DCC calendar as Miss July 2003, hosted several DCC radio and television shows, and served as an ambassador to children and elderly. Rashida's image is currently posted on billboards, print ads, and city buses all over Dallas, Texas.

Regarded as a natural in front of the camera, Rashida began structuring her career as an actress and television host. Her first reporting job was on "The Jerry Jones Show." She served as an on the street reporter, interviewing football fans about the success of the Cowboys. She hosted "Making the DCC Swimsuit Calendar" which aired on ESPN. Rashida also appeared on "Good Day Dallas" as a weather Girl. After moving from Texas to Los Angeles, Rashida worked on shows such as "The Entourage", "Las Vegas", and played football for the Lingerie Football League. During her season with the LFL, Rashida's on-camera skills were used as a spokesperson for her team "Dallas Desire".

As an actress, Rashida studied at S.T.A.G.E acting school in Dallas, and with Chip Fields Hurd in Los Angeles. During college, she starred in several plays at the UNT Playhouse such as, "Dancing With the Devil" where she plays the role of a seductive woman who is out to ruin ever man she meets. She also starred in "Big Girls Cry Too" as the skinny sister of five obese women. While Rashida enjoy displaying her comedic abilities, she is most fond of serious dramatic acting.

The future for this rising star holds many promises as a dynamic actress, spectacular host, and humanitarian.
