Pamela Jagger (Purcel), an award winning choreographer and former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader who cheered from 1997-2000, was the first Manager of the Dallas Desperados Dancers, aka 3D. She was hired to create, market and manage all 3D functions. Pamela is a former classical ballerina who trained at the famed School of American Ballet in New York City. Her knowledge of marketing, PR, sponsorship sales, dance, choreography, media relations and management all combined to make her the perfect manager of the DCC's sister squad.
In 2006 Pamela, the driving force behind the Dancers, announced her retirement to focus on her family and other development projects. Projects have included working on building Cochlear Implant awareness, writing for the Dallas Cowboys Official Web site, and preparing to open the doors on a brand new dance training facility in Frisco, Texas. Pamela is married to Scott Purcel, the Director of Broadcasting for the Dallas Cowboys. They have two children.
