After receiving her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University, Tammi earned her Master's Degree in biology from North Texas University. She was an elementary school teacher for five years and is now Assistant Principal at Sheffield Elementary School in the Suburban Dallas Carrollton-Farmers Branch District.

Tammi was one of the most innocent-looking Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, epitomizing their girl-next-door image.
