Leslie Shaw (now Hatchard) cheered for the Dallas Cowboys in the 1991-92 season before moving on to become a dancer for both the Dallas Burn and the Dallas Mavericks. She was named 1995-96 Mavericks Dancer of the Year and spent two years as the Assistant Director for the Dallas Mavericks Dancers. Her impressive background in dance and directing led to her current role as co-director and co-choreographer of the Dallas Sidekicks Sizzle dance squad. In conjunction with Kimberly Peterson, who was also a Mavericks Dancer, Leslie founded the Sidekicks dance team in 2001.

Leslie's busy life includes the responsibilities of wife and mother in addition to dance instructor and choreographer at the Broadway Dance Center in Garland, Texas. Not only does she direct and choreograph the Sizzle, "P Nut", as she is affectionately called, is also a member of the squad as the photos below depict.
