Pamela Guyton cheered for the Cowboys during the 1991 and 1992 seasons, culminating in a celebration in Super Bowl XXVII. She was a member of the Show Group and one of the best dancers on the squad. There was one problem though: the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are required to remain "soft," in Pam's words. However, she preferred a "hard body" for herself. So after leaving the DCC, she began a bodybuilding regimen that landed her in Muscle & Fitness Magazine as one of the best bodies on a college campus for the year 2001. Ms. Guyton was the recipient of the "Big Muscles on Campus" Award for the University of North Texas at Denton where she is currently working toward her Master's degree in biology.
Following her days on the squad, Pamela spent time as a flight attendant and taking care of her son Austin who is now 8 years old. "I love my life," she says, "and in reality, I would not be able to go to school or take good care of my son if I didn't have working out to keep me sane."
The photos below were all taken during her days as one of America's Sweethearts.
