BLACK DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS
BIOS

America's Sweethearts are noted for their breathtaking performances on the sidelines of Texas Stadium, community service at children's hospitals and senior citzens homes, entertainment of US troops overseas (more than any other entity in the history of the world), and for their talent and beauty as well. African-American women have always been a part of DCC lore from the legendary Baker sisters (Vonciel and Vanessa) to other prominent members such as Teri Richardson, Toni Washington, Judy London and Regina Tucker to name a few. Below are the biographies of members of the 2007-08 squad.

FASHIONABLE ROOKIE

Ally Traylor is a 22 year-old native of St. Louis, MO.  She is a Fashion Merchandising Marketing and Retail student who aspires to own and operate a dancewear boutique.

Ally's hobbies include shopping, organizing, watching TV Marathons, and site seeing.  She loves seafood, romantic comedies and hopes to be a wife and mother someday.

Quote from Ally:  "Take the knowledge and education you've received throughout your life, especially during college, and get out in the world and intern, volunteer, and work for as many people as you can."

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY MAJOR

Ryan Ray is a full-time student who eventually wants to be a stay-at-home mom.  The 22 year-old Fort Worth, TX native lists her hobbies as playing the piano, reading and sign language.

Many of you may remember Ryan from the 2006 season of CMT's Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team.  Unfortunately, she didn't make it that year.  Undaunted, she came back and is now fulfilling her dream in her rookie year as one of America's Sweethearts.

Quote from Ryan:  "If you wanna feel the rush, you have to take the risk."

DANCE TEACHER

Dara McFarlane is an 18 year-old rookie on the DCC squad.  Born in Nassau Bay, TX, she is a dance instructor who owns a toy poodle named Paris Hilton.

Dara enjoys dancing, writing, reading, and eating.  Her ideal vacation spots are Puerto Rico and Hawaii; and she says her best asset is being able to encourage and motivate others even if she's not feeling that strong.

Quote from Dara:  "Live each day to the fullest and enjoy the age you are rather than anticipating the future."

TALL DALLAS DOLL

Tia Williams is a statuesque 5'9" rookie on this year's DCC squad.  The 23 year-old Sapulpa, OK native works in sales and marketing and aspires to own her own chain of boutiques as well as create a successful denim line for women.

Tia would love to be a super model like Tyra Banks, but for now, she is gracing the Texas stadium crowd with her presence, decked out in the Blue Stars and Crystals of America's Sweethearts

Quote from Tia:  "Live life to the fullest with no regrets!"

SPECIAL ED TEACHER

Carmen Butler is a third year Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader.  This special education teacher was born in Omaha, Nebraska and aspires to open a non-profit organization for the health and safety of children, the elderly and animals.

Carmen, 33, considers herself to be a woman of God, enjoys spending time with her nephews Kyle and Kamden, and considers her mother to be her hero.

Quote from Carmen:  "I am so honored and appreciative to be a part of this special group of women.  EVERY DAY, is a memorable moment because I am living one of my dreams.  I am very passionate about the organization and I value the traditions in which DCC was founded on.  We have the opportunity to touch so many lives.  What a great feeling."

FORMER PRO BOWL CHEERLEADER

Deryn Derbigny is in her second year on the DCC squad.  She's a former Pro Bowl cheerleader for the New Orleans Saintsations squad.  Deryn dreams of opening a dance studio in her native New Orleans and directing an NFL cheerleading squad someday.

Until then, this 25-year old, will enjoy cheering on the Texas Stadium sidelines as one of America's Sweethearts, and spending time with her Toy Yorkie - Armani Derbigny.

Quote from Deryn:  "My most memorable moment as a DCC was when I was selected as a member of Show Group. Being a part of Show Group gave me the opportunity to travel overseas to Korea to do my first USO tour. Another memorable moment for me was when I was selected "Rookie of the Year" at our end of the year banquet. I am very proud and honored to receive such an award."

 FUTURE OWNER OF THE COWBOYS?

Nicole Hamilton is a member of the DCC's prestigious ShowGroup who is enjoying her third year with the squad.  Nicole has represented the organization on USO Tours to entertain military troops.  She has also performed at baseball games, autograph signings and three stints at the Cowboys training camp sites.  Not bad for someone who ignored her mother's advice to take dancing lessons as a child.

The 24-year-old student and Nashville native would like to own or at least market the Dallas Cowboys someday.  For the time being, she aspires to own a fitness center or dance studio.

Quote from Nicole:  "It (first USO Tour to GTMO, Cuba) was such a bonding experience between my teammates and I.  I also got to see and experience things that I never thought I would.  I was so touched by every soldier I met, that when I got back home, I had an even higher level of respect for our men and women in service.  They are giving the ultimate sacrifice by dedicating their lives to serve and protect our country."

PAST SQUAD MEMBERS

INVENTORY ANALYST (2005 & 2006)

Jennifer Renee Hill loves reading, working out and decorating.  The native of Knoxville, TN wants to becomer a senior buyer for a national retail chain someday.  At 25, Jen is enjoying her second year on the DCC squad.

Jen enjoys watching movies and all versions of the CSI series.  The owner of a dog name Joe-Joe would like to take cooking lessons when her cheerleading days are over.  For now, she can brag about her calendar girl status in the DCC's 2007 swimsuit calendar.

FOUR YEARS IN A ROW (2001-2005)

Monica Cravinas has become one of the most visible DCC.  Now in her fourth year as one of America's Sweethearts, the 25-year-old's most memorable moment as a DCC was when she represented the Dallas Cowboys at the ESPN Anniversary in New York.

ANOTHER FOUR YEAR MEMBER
(2000, 2002-2005)

In her first three years as a DCC, Shenythia Frazier was featured in a Burger King commercial and several ESPN promos.  Now in her fourth season, she is Miss May in the 2006 version of the most famous calendar around - the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Swimsuit Calendar.

Shenythia, who loves music with smooth melodies and meaningful words, says her favorite meal is turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes and rolls with lots of butter.  Yum Yum.

Quote from Shenythia:  "The moment I put on my uniform and stepped on the field for the very first time I felt special and victorious and I will always honor and respect that feeling and that moment. It was also an honor to perform in Tokyo, Japan at the American Bowl. The experience left me speechless."

THIRD GRADE TEACHER (2004 & 2005)

Jasmin Jones, or J-Jo as she is affectionately called by her DCC sisters, is in her second year on the squad.  She is one of the quartet that is featured on the cover of the 2006 swimsuit calendar.  Jasmin, 27, hails from Louisiana and currently teaches third grade in the Dallas area.

J-Jo says that her best assets are her attitude, will power and determination.  She loves to dance and says if she wasn't a teacher, she'd like to be a well known performer and entertainer.

A great evening to Jasmin:  Eating dinner, then relaxing in a hot bath and watching a movie.

Quote from Jasmin:  "I want to travel the entire globe and experience the whole world."
